Department that had been lagging in Devipatan mandal , Gonda district for the longest time and there was immense loss of life and morbidity associated with it . In 2022 Dr O.N Pandey took on this challenge and started the commissioning of a top of the line Cath Lab and department of interventional cardiology with the help of Dr Ajay Pratap singh who tirelessly worked closely with SCPM hospital to achieve this great feat in cardiac care. Since the commissioning of the lab more than 500 procedures were completed in the lab within the first 4 months with outstanding results. It has not only been a blessing for the people of Gonda but also the districts around it.
